Serving God, Serving Our Community 

We aim to serve God and serve our community by:

1. Being a Community Church that promotes and declares the Gospel of Jesus Christ. 

2. Being a Community Church, welcoming people of all ages and cultures. 

3. Being a Community Church who are empowered and dedicated to serve God. 

4. Being a Community Church which effectively supports our local community and people in need. 

5. Being a Community Church that welcomes people from Aldershot and the surrounding areas into membership of our Church family.

Having been a part of this wonderful Aldershot Community for just over 5 decades we recognise the developments that have happened over the years. This has led us to reassess our call to serve our local Community and its people to the best of our capabilities,  empowered with God’s love.

In doing this we can now set out to you our Vision and Mission which will over the years be our aspiration and guide to  how we serve God and serve our local Community.

Our Vision statement is “Serving God, Serving our Community” and it will stand upon 5 important and vital aims.

1. We purpose to be a Community Church that promotes and declares the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

We serve our Community not out of a sense of duty but out of love. None of us are  perfect, however receiving God’s love through the good news (Gospel) of Jesus Christ drives us to among other things help those who are in need, comfort those who need support and feed those who are hungry.

2. We purpose to be a Community Church welcoming people of all ages and cultures

Aldershot is made up of people from different backgrounds, with different ages and cultures. Our aim is to make sure that we make you receive a warm and loving welcome when we meet together.

3. We purpose to be a people who are empowered and dedicated to serve God.

We make no secret of our passion and love for God and whilst the church is a place where those who have been wounded by life can come and receive support it is also a place where people can be taught, inspired and empowered to live a life of meaning and commitment to the Christian faith.

4. We aim to be a Community Church which effectively supports our Community and people in need.

With the growing social and economic pressures in our Community particularly those people and families who despite their best efforts are finding life challenging, we aim to come alongside those who need our support and help them. Be it educational needs, family support, senior citizens help or through Community cohesion, we want those in need to get the help they need.

5. We welcome people from Aldershot and the surrounding areas into membership of our Church family.

We understand the importance and value of family and we are looking to grow ours! Our aim is to welcome every and anyone who shares our faith and values into the membership of our Church family so that they can in turn help others as they have been helped themselves.
